He has been a commercial real estate appraiser and investor for over 30 years. Mr. Johns specialized in the valuation of all types of multi-family rental communities including affordable housing, conventional and student housing as well as self-storage facilities. Mr. Johns is also an owner/developer of various property types including office buildings, multi-family apartments, and self-storage facilities.
